Rental Terms

Listed here is the, JMW Entertainment Group, LLC's listed rental/liability terms. Renters are responsible for reading the below listed information, printing a copy of these rules/rental/liability waiver agreement. A signed copy of this rental/liability waiver must be signed and returned to JMW Entertainment Group with a 50% deposit before any services will be provided. This liability waiver/rental terms, can be mailed or faxed to our office at least 1 week prior to the date of your rental. It is understood that the person signing and agreeing to these terms is in good standing and at least 18 years of age. JMW Entertainment Group, assumes no risk, liability or damages caused by our equipment or lack of understanding these potential risks. It is understood that JMW Entertainment Group, LLC, has made every effort to ensure safety of our amusement rides/devices, safety of our renters, and is compliant with all PA state regulations/insurance regarding amusement ride safety. Payment Terms:
JMW Entertainment requires payment in full prior to any services being rendered. A 50% Deposit is required along with a signed and executed invoice/rental contract and liability waiver agreement. The deposit payment is due at the time the order is confirmed or 1 month prior to the date of your event. The remaining payment is to be paid 5 days prior to the date of your event and can be called in to our office if using a credit card or mailed to us. Acceptable forms of payment are: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money order or certified check. We DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. For school, college, corporate, government, church, non profit accounts an organization check made payable to JMW Entertainment Group, LLC will be accepted. No personal checks or cash will be accepted for any rentals, or services provided by JMW Entertainment, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If an event is not paid in full prior to the event date, JMW reserves the right to cancel the event until payment is made in full. A minimum delivery/pickup fee of $35 will apply to orders under $200.

No services will also be provided if the client does not comply the terms of our liability waiver and this document is not returned signed to our office with a deposit payment and rental contract/agreement/invoice. If for some reason your event is canceled due to weather, act of God, or any other disaster beyond your control with in reason, JMW will credit your deposit and balance payment to a future date or credit your account. All account credits are only good for one calendar year and must be used within our operating season of April to November of that year. If the client opts to not use this credit, deposit or full payment JMW will not be held liable for their actions or loss. No refund will be made in this situation if the client does not reschedule the event within our operating season. If the event is scheduled multiple times, and canceled due to inclement weather, natural disaster, or act of God, JMW will issue a full refund for the said rented equipment.
